When will i get my certificate

Once you've enrolled, taken the course, passed the final exam with at least 70% you will have access to a customized printable certificate. You'll receive your official certificate by standard mail within 2-5 business days.

Why do I have to provide my social security number?

Most state regulatory bodies tracks certification with the SSN#. We wish we could change this but it's the law and it's the process. Don't worry, online registration is secure and so is your personal information with us. We take our customer privacy seriously, click here to view our privacy policy.

What are 'validation' questions?

Validation questions are questions we ask throughout the course to verify you are who you say you are. These questions are asked during enrollment and they serve as a mechanism to keep you honest. If you have someone else take the course for you, you could be fined and jailed for lying to a State agency.

What if I need technical assistance?

A live 24-hour support center is available to take your calls and emails. Our help desk can help you with the most frequent issues such as lost passwords, un-locking the course, downloading Flash and more. Please visit the System Requirements section of our site to download the necessary software if required

What if I lose my certificate?

If you lose your certificate, call us and we will email you your temporary certificate for proof.

Why is alcohol safety training required?

Businesses are beginning to require a state alcohol training certification in order to protect themselves from certain liabilities such as: losing liquor license, fines, closing of the establishment and even imprisonment. By requiring an alcohol safety class, a business can be sure that their staff has an extensive understanding of the effects of alcohol and how they can affect the business as well as its employees.

What will I learn?

The alcohol safety courses provided by Alcohol Safety Institute of America will teach you how to become an efficient, safe and knowledgeable server, seller and consumer of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol safety courses will also teach you state laws and regulations regarding the handling and sale of alcohol while giving you valuable information about the effects of alcohol.

Why should I get certified?

Many states and businesses require that managers and employees that deal with alcohol must takes an alcohol safety training class. These safety classes can be taken online or in a classroom.

Is the online certification the same as a classroom certification?

The alcohol safety certification you receive is exactly the same as the certificate you would receive in a classroom. The only difference is: by taking your certification online, you can take your alcohol training class whenever and wherever you please.
