When will i get my certificate
Once you've enrolled, taken the course, passed the final exam with atleast 70% you will have access to a customized printable certificate. You'll receive your official certificate by standard mail within 2-5 business days.
Why do I have to provide my social security number?
Most state regulatory bodies tracks certification with the SSN#. We wish we could change this but it's the law and it's the process. Don't worry, online registration is secure and so is your personal information with us. We take our customer privacy seriously, click here to view our privacy policy.
What are 'validation' questions?
Validation questions are questions we ask throughout the course to verify you are who you say you are. These questions are asked during enrollment and they serve as a mechanism to keep you honest. If you have someone else take the course for you, you could be fined and jailed for lying to a State agency.
What if i need technical assistance?
A live 24-hour support center is available to take your calls and emails. Our help desk can help you with the most frequent issues such as lost passwords, un-locking the course, downloading Flash and more. Please visit the System Requirements section of our site to download the necessary software if required
What if i lose my certificate?
If you lose your certificate, call us and we will email you your temporary certificate for proof.
