Additional Information

• This course has been approved by the California Coordinating Council on Responsible Beverage Service (CCCRBS) and will satisfy any county level certification requirements in the State of California.

• Although training is not mandatory, it can significantly reduce the risk and liability associated with alcohol service. Alcohol Seller/Server Training Certification provides a "reasonable efforts" defense against service violations and civil claims, and it may also reduce your insurance premium costs.

• Getting certified with the State of California through our web-based alcohol safety training course takes about 4 hours to complete.

• You will have 2 attempts to pass the final exam and you must score 70% to pass. If you don't, you'll have to take the course over again (free of charge). But don't worry, you'll do just fine.

• If you loose your certificate, call us and we will have your certificate re-issued.
